Library Cards

A full access PINES library card can be issued when a patron presents and  signs a completed application before the library staff and provides acceptable forms of Photo ID including a valid address.
Acceptable forms of Photo ID include: 

• Valid driver's license
• Valid passport
• Valid US Military ID
• Valid matricula consular
• Valid Georgia weapons carry license  

If the applicant's current address is not listed on the Photo ID,  acceptable address verification documents (must show applicant's name and current address) include:

• Valid Georgia voter registration card
• Recent utility bill
• Recent tax receipt or other piece of mail that shows the user's name and present address
• Recent pay stub
• Current lease/rental agreement
• County tax assessor records
• Official base assignment documentation ( for current military and family members)

In lieu of a valid photo ID, two (2) of the above listed address verification documents listing the same name and address  may be presented as proof of identity. 

Individuals who only wish to have access to downloadable e-books, audiobooks and magazines via Georgia Download Destination (GADD) or Libby  may complete the online application linked in the Pines Library Card Online button below.
